Welcome to Devora House (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Devora House is a trade name operated by Devora Group LLC.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from devorahouse.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Devora House is an online retailer of fragrances and related products. Our online store is operated through Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through the Site.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product names, brands, sizes, fragrance concentrations, descriptions, and images.

Product packaging, labeling, bottle design, or presentation may occasionally vary from images shown on the Site due to manufacturer updates or product variations.

Fragrance perception is subjective. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will match a customer's personal scent preference, performance expectations, longevity expectations, or compatibility with their skin.

Brand names, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the genuine products offered for sale.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

By submitting an order, you authorize Devora House and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of the order, including applicable product charges, shipping charges, and taxes.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or expiration dates.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Devora House reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances preventing fulfillment.

If Devora House cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, shipping restrictions, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shipping availability, rates, free-shipping thresholds, processing times, delivery estimates, and applicable destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and related shipping costs are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

For a standard return, fragrances must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Fragrances that have been opened, unsealed, sprayed, tested, or used are not eligible for standard return or refund.

For eligible standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Devora House within 7 calendar days of delivery. Devora House may request photographs or other reasonable supporting information to review the claim.

Once reviewed and approved, Devora House may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Personal preference regarding a fragrance's scent, performance, longevity, or compatibility with the customer's skin is not considered a product defect.

8. Testers, Gift Sets, and Product Variations

Tester products, gift sets, promotional packages, and other special product presentations may differ in packaging from standard retail versions.

Where applicable, these differences will be identified or described on the product page.

Product availability may change without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site's original content, including Devora House branding, text, graphics, website design, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Devora House or Devora Group LLC.

You may not reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our proprietary Site content without authorization.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site.

Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfering with Site operations, submitting fraudulent or intentionally false information, engaging in fraudulent transactions, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

We do not guarantee that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Individual fragrance experiences may vary depending on factors including skin chemistry, environment, application, storage, and personal perception.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Devora House and Devora Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devora House and Devora Group LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site or material violation of these Terms.
