Devora House sells fragrances and related products online. Our store is operated via Shopify.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe products accurately (name, size, concentration, brand, images). Fragrance perception is subjective; colors and packaging may vary slightly from photos.
We do not guarantee that a scent will match your personal preference. Please review product details before buying.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Promotions and discount codes may have conditions and expiration dates.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order (for example: stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
6. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered, except where required otherwise by law.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information, customs, or local carrier issues.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy. In summary: we only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect; we do not offer general refunds for change of mind or opened fragrances in good condition.
8. Testers, sets, and limited stock
Tester and gift-set items may differ in packaging from retail versions. Availability can change without notice.

All Site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Devora House or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Brand names and product names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products offered for sale.
